I went for a specialization course in MICA ( mudra institute of communication). this changed my life. things where different. learning to practice advertising was fun. I was a “” dream merchants”. i came back to coimbatore and worked for an advertising production company, sure was not a creative one, of course they did what the client wanted.
i needed 11 years to come out and do something of my own. i was interested to work on the internet, so i started a new media services company engaged in search marketing business.. after 3years of its success, i sold Lotus media, and started Lyric Labs, an online translation and localization services company. its 3years now and its the largest translation services company in India and as per Commonsense Advisory U.S.A Lyric is the 12th largest company in the world in Over the Phone interpretation (OPI) services.
about my interests, i like to collect best advertising both print and tv, i love the sports star advertising campaign, i dont know how many remember those fantastic ads of sport star magazine…and the Hamara Bajaj …i dont see those kinds of impactful advertising now, may be there are two many channels and two many products to catch up with…but yes advertising is fun.
i love to travel, wildlife, photograph, spend a lot of time with my family and spend my week ends with family in my Farm.
